SEQUEL TO A BREACH OF PROMISE
AND DEATH OF AN AVIATOR. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received May 9, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Bth May. Miss Drew, an American, recovered £600 from the executors of Captain Hamilton, an Army a,viator who was killed in September, 1912. The claim was based on a deed settlement on their engagement. Captain Hamilton broke the engagement and was killed while a breach of promise case was pending.
