THE BOWSKILL CASE
TRIAL BY CIVIL COURT. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) LISBON, 2nd April. Tl^ ' Portuguese Minister for tho Colonies, in reply to a question, stated that Mr. Bowskill, who was arrested by the Portuguese authorities in connection with the native rebellion in Portuguese West Africa, would be tried by a civil Court in the presence of the British Consul.
