PANAMA GOLD
OLD MINES TO BE DEVELOPED. (By Telegraph. — Press Association. — Copyright.) LONDON, 26th Marsh. A London company is starting the development of old Spanish gold mining in the Cordillera of Veragua (Panama). The Panama Isthmian Canal Commission recently investigated places where had been found. There are many tracts of gold-bearing land, but the deposits are not in sufficient quantities to be become profitable.
