Mr. Justice Stringer, replying to a welcome from the Bar and representatives of Capital and Labour in the Arbitration "Court to-day, said his experience during the past two months had only served to deepen the sense of responsibility with which he had accepted office and his appreciation of the vast importance of the decisions given by the ■ Aibitration Court.
