UNSETTLED WEATHER
The weather prospects are not very ciiperino;. The barometer has a falling tendency everywhere, and the forecast is for unsettled and cloudy weather, with lain following generally.
The annual meeting of the Trades and Labour Council will be held this evening, when the annual report, covering the July Congress and the strike, will be presented by the president (Mr. J. M'Kenzie). " Good liquor in bottles does not hurt anyone; it is when it is out of the bottle that the trouble aii&es," said Mr. Justice Edwards at the Supreme Court at Maspu Tuesday.
