"Devon."— No doubt there are somtj rats to be found upon the wrecked Devon, but the statement you have forwarded is very much exaggerated. A sentleman who recently paid a daylight visit to the wreck did not see a single rat. Probably, lie says, they come out at night. Anyhow, the rodents are not so big tind go numerous as to be at all dangerous, as suggested.
