TRAGEDY IN A BOARDING HOUSE
MYSTERIOUS AFFAIR AT BRISBANE
NO REASON FOR THE CRIME. ' (By Telegraph.— Press Association,— Copyright.) (Received March 20, 9.40 a.m.) BRISBANE, This Day. A mysterious tragedy occurred in a, boardinghouse in Sydney>&treel, two new arrivals, Arthur Dickeiison and A. C. Jiurdock, being fatally shot. Another boarder was talking to Dick' enson on tlie verandah, when he noticed blood on Dickenson'6 neck. Ho than saw Murdock nt the othev end of the ■ verandah loading a gun. He proceeded to inform the police, i when he heard tho report of a, gun,.Murdock was found shot in tho face. Both men aro dead. No reason has been discovered for the crime. Dickenson arrived from England a week ago. Murdock had been in the house for two days. As far as is known the two men had not apoken to each other.
