INSURGENTS LEADER'S DEMANDS, (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received March 7, 8,15 a.m.) VIENNA, 6th March. It is reported that Zographoa, the leader of the insurgents at Argyr,o Castro, is negotiating for guarantees in regara to Greek schools anil the enlistment of Greeks in the Albanian gendarmerie. If they are conceded he is prepared to re» cognise the Albanian sovereignty.
