OUTCRY AGAINST INCREASED FARES. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.-Copyrightlv (Received March 6, 8.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. There is $ gieat public outcry against the Government's proposal to raise the tram fares. [An increase of a halfpenny on second sections on all trams will be shortly in force in Sydney, bringing an additional revenue of £84,000 to the department.]
