Miss C. W. Christie was again favoured with a large audience at her lecture on the subject of "Tlwught Power ami its Application," delivered in the Then, tophi ca l Society's Hall last evening. The lecturer instanced the great influence of thought in the fact that our present body, character, and environment used tho results of our past thoughts, and their consequent actions, while we were t-von now shaping our environment and determining our future by our present, thinking. The universe was erected by thought There was but one mind— that of God— permeating it, and the portion we were using was a fragment of the Divine mind.
