TRACTION ENGINE-DRIVER'S DEATH. (IT TKESIUPH— PRBBS ASSOCIATION.) NAPIER, 4th March. A iataißy occurred this morning at 'Pukefitiri, about 35 mile* inland from Kapler, whereby a single man named Allen Nichafeoa, 23 years old, lost his life.
