ANNUAL MEETING. (By Telegraph.— Press Ass6elftM6n.--C6pjtlghfc.) SYDNEY, 27th February. The annual meeting of the Greater J. D. Williams Amusement Company adopted the annual report, which shows the profits to be £9,146, which, with the undivided balance, make tho total £15,036. It is proposed to pay a dividend of Is per snare, to transfer £5000 to tho reserve fund, and to carry forward £1010.
