DIVORCE COURT

Hearing was concluded yesterday afternoon in the petition for divorce by Edmund Earl Furnesß against Blanche Louisa ITurneesi respondent, and Leonavd Cooke, co-respondent. Ml*. H. P. O'Leary appeared for petitioner, Mr. C. W. Nielsen for the respondent, and My. A. H. Hindmarah for the co-respondent. Tho material issues put to the juvy and tho jury's answers to them were as follow :— (1) Did the respondent commit adultery with the co«reapondetti>, <w alleged in the petition?— " No." (2) was the petitioner during four years o.nd upwards prior to the petition an habitual drunkard?— " No." (3) Was the petitioner habitually guilty of cruejty towavds the respondent?— -"No." Tho petition wa« accordingly dismissed. , and the question of costs adjourned to chambers.
