WINDY WEATHER

Although fine yesterday evening, the weather changed during the night, and i cold southerly Avith .rain prevailed. The morning broke with a dull and foreboding sky, and the air was chilly, but during the day the sun .broke through and the clouds were dispelled. The prospects are for cold and ' showery weather, and a Very cold night is probable generally, with frosts in the South, but an improvement may be expected shortly.
