A petty Magistrate, who caused the election of a Socialist to the Schoo. Board by abstaining from voting, was sentenced to a fine of 30b, the Court holding that he had displayed regrefctaMe lack of political acumen in not taking, steps to, prevent the return of an enemy, to society.
