Harcourt and Co. will hold an auction sale at their rooms, 195, Lamb-ton-quay, on Tuesday, at 2.30 p.m., when the following property will be submitted :-— A ground-floor, six-roomed house, with stabling and outhouses at rear, on a section having 45 feet frontage to Lnxford-street, Berhampore, by a depth of 213 feet 11 inches : Wednesday, at 2.30 p.m., a block of freehold land at Eastbourne, containing an area of 2 acres 2 roods 26 perches, subdivided into buildings, allotments, known as Dr. Mackenzie's property; two building sites, being sections Nos. 64 and 73, each with a frontage of 40 feet to Tuatoru-road, by depths of 132 feet. The firm also insert their amended selection of properties for private sale or to be let, furnished or unfurnished, in Wellington and suburbs. At the auction sale^ held .by Messrs. Harcourt and Co. at their rooms on Wednesday, 28th January, 1914, the freehold property having a frontage of 27 feet to Hopper-street, by a depth of 100 feet, together with the two-story, four-roomed house and workshop erected thereon, which was offered for sale and passed in, has been subsequently sold by the firm to Mr. C. Clarke for £475. At 1.30 p.m. on Tuesday next, Messrs. C. W. Price and Co. will hold an auction sale of household furniture and eficcts at 60, Lambton-quay. Messrs. W. H.
