WARSHIP'S NEW COMMANDER
♦ — ARRIVAL OF VISOOUisT KELBURN. Viscount Kelburn, eldest son of the Earl of Glasgow, ex-Governor of New Zealand, who has been appointed to the command of H.M.S. Pyramus, arrived from Sydney by the Manuka, to-day. Before the vessel came alongside Viscount Kelburn was met by the Admiralty launch and conveyed ashoro in order to catch the first Main Trunk express for Auckland, where the Pyramus is at present stationed. The Viscountess (accompanied by her little son) was also a passenger by the Manuka. She did not land with her husband, but left the ves/sel at the wharf. Viscount Kelburn was born on 18th June, 1874. and in 1906 married Miss Hyacinlhe Mary Bell, daughter of Mr. W. A. Bell, of Pencfell Court, Bletchingley.
