The Islington [Foursomes were got off undei the auspices of the Wellington. Golf Club on the Trentham links on Saturday, and were won by Mrs. Fitzherbcrt anr 1 R. L. D. Kideon, with a score of 3 up on bogey. Other cards handed in wore: — ■ Mr. and Mrs. W B, Lees (square) ; Mr. and Mrs. A. Duncan (square) ; Mrs. Collins and A. J. Abbott, 3 down ; Miss Wheeler and A. Young, 3 down : Miss Stafford and 0. Stewart, 4 down; Miss Collinß and G. T. George, 5 down ; Mr. and Mrs. T. Young, 5 down. The tie for the Challenge Foursomes was also played off, and won by Mrs. Collins and \. J. Abbott, 3 down.
