SWIMMING
The final of tho Thorndon Swimming Club's 200 yds Handicap was decided last evening. Result— J. Burns, 40sec, 1; J. Shearer, 22sec. 2; W. Lomas, 20scc, 3. Also competed — S. Dudson 21scd, L. Henrys 20scc, F. Roberts 21sec. Time, 3min 15soe. Burns won without any great effort, but thr> tussle for second placo was keenly fought out.
