CHAIRMAN'S REPORT. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright,) (Received February 3. 9.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. At a meeting of the shareholders of Bowron Bros., Messrs. Shaw and Hermann were re-elected directors, of the Australian Board. The Chairman reported that, although the balance-sheet was not as satisfactory as could be desired, reports since the date of the balance-sheet indicated that improvement might be anticipated.
