" PROSPECTIVE OPENING OF WESTPORT.. Sailing io-day for Greymouth, and thus breaking the blockade which has at the port since the commencement of tho trouble, the Anchor steamer Alexander will be a full ship. She will shave on board much city cargb as well las a large quantity of transhipments. The Kennedy is at present in port, having arrived from Hokitika. Her movements have not yet been definitely decided upon, but there is every possibility of her sailing for Westport tomorrow. If this proves correct it will mean the opening of still another port, dnd the one which is the last to remain dosed,
