President Wilson has withdrawn from honorary membership of tho We* military Order of the Carabao, comprising officers who served in the Philippine disturbauces succeeding the Spanish-American war. Satires and jokes at the Filipinos' expense at a recent banquet are said to have caused tho Piesident's action, and the officers concerned are likely to be court-martialled.
