MINEOWNERS OBJECT TO COERCION. (By Telegraph.— Pr^bs Association,— Gopyright.) LONDON, 16th December. The South Wales Conciliation Board and the miners have asked the owners to agree that all collieries should be expected to join the Miners' Federation, which is responsible for the observance of the conciliation agreements. The owners replied that they were unable to be. parties to' anything coercing men to join any union, and recalled that the delegates undertook to represent all the colliers, whether unionists or nonunionists.
