COKE SUPPLY,

A month ago the Wellington Gas Company had many thousands of tons of coke on hand, but with the shortage of coal a great demand set in for it, and the company has not now on band more than what is requisite to supply ironfounders, manufacturers, and householders for another week or two. During tho past six or seven days 1500 to 1600 tons of coke have been sold by the company. ,
