SOME APPRECIATION SHOWN.
To show appreciation of the work done by special constables from the country, h sub-committee of the Citizens' Defence Committee has undertaken to provide some entertainment for the men during their stay in the city. A concert will be given in the Ganison Hall this evening, and a, number of leading artists have promised their support.
