DUMMY CARRIAGES WITH DRAWN BLINDS
RAILWAY COMPANY'S INNOVATION. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright,.) (Times— Sydney Sun Special Cables.) LONDON, 29th October. The London and South-Western Railway Company is running dummy carriages, with blinds drawn, at each end of their trains, passengers not being allowed to use them. This innoyation has been adopted owing to public uneasiness over the recent accidents.
