WORK AT NAPIER PROCEEDING

WATERSIDERS NOT AFFILIATED TO FEDERATION. (BY TELEGRAPH— KRESS ASSOCIATION.) NAPIER, This Day. Work is proceeding as usual at The Port and Breakwater, The local watersiders are not affiliated to the Federation ; hence they are not concerned in the Wellington trouble. The Carters' Union, however, recently earned a resolution to go over, bnfc the meeting was by no means representative, and it is doubtful if the order "Down Tools!" would be obeyed.
