John Brown and Co., Clydebank.] WESTERN THRACE. BULGARIAN OCCUPATION OF TERRITORY. ALLEGED ATROCITIES. *< v SOFIA, 29th October. The Bulgarian occupation of territory allotted in Western Thraco has been completed. Bulgarian troops in the neighbourhood of Gumuljina discovered that about 1000 Bulgarian women, children, and old men wnom the Turks had handed over to the Bashi-Bazouks had been tortured, young girls violated, and killed. Sixty of the survivors wero in a desperate plight.
