LONDON, 29th October. 4 The Northern Union has appointed a special committee to arrange a tour under the auspices of tho New South Wales Rugby League. Only the cream of the best teams will be sent. The Northern Union is commissioning the shrewdest judges to leport on the whole o£ the players witmn the union, and subsequently will arrange a series of practice matches. They will select twenty-six, ao i as to have two players for each position in the field. Preference will be given to the men with the cleanest records off as well as on the field.
