CHINA'S SALT REVENUES
SIR RICHARD DANE'S SCHEME. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) PEKIN, 27th October. The Minister of Finance (Hsfing Haling) has agreed to immediately introduce Sir Richard Dane's scheme, by which in foreign districts his co-directors shall receive direct all the sale revenues, for which detailed roturns will be fully published.
