Tho prospectus of Mr. Rickards's r)ro» posed Australia-in-London Exhibition is practically completed.' Acting on Sir George Reid's advice, expert reports on the financial and artistic sides have been obtained. They are of a. favourable character. Lloyd's offer to insure tho receipt*, limiting the tusk to guarantors to 20 per cent., and a London firm has offered to contribute £500 to the guarantee funds. Plans aro being prepared for remodelling Earls Court to suit the Exhibition. [It was stated earlier in the month that negotiations wero proceeding to secure Earl's Court for an Austraha-in-London Exhibition in 1916 being promoted by Mr. Rickards, of Sydney. Tho ' display will include dairy and pastoral ' and other industries in active operation, and probably athletic contests will bo a ' feature. The directors of Earl's Court . aro satisfied regarding tho attractiveness of the Exhibition, and have waived their , original demand for a guarantee. They V are prepared to accept a percentage of the receipts, declaring that the Exhibition will servo a serious national purpose. The officials of the London Chamber of Commerce will actively assist the Exhibition.]
