(Received October 22, 9.40 a.m.) BERLIN, 21st, October. | A memorial service for the victims of the Zeppelin airship disaster was t held in the Garrison Church, Berlin. It | was attended by the Kaiser, the Kaiserin, the Royal Princes, Count Zeppelin, Herr Bethmann-Hollweg (the Imperial Chancellor), Cabinet Ministers, military and naval chiefs, and foreign attaches. The service was very impressive. Naval and military detachments saluted the remains of the victims inside -and outside the church. The cortege proceeded on its way amid the tolling of numberless bells. The Kaiser's six sons marched behind the last coffin as a gnard-of-hon-our. The concourse of spectators was enormous.
