ULSTER QUESTION NEWSPAPER REPORT LEADERS' INFORMAL NEGOTIATIONS MR. REDMOND'S VIEWS.

The Daily Mail states that informal negotiations are proceeding between the Government and the British Unionist leaders with regard to the Ulster question. An attempt is also be-i&g made to induce Mr. Redmond (tHe Nationalist leader) to moderate his views. It is expected that Mr. Churchill (First Lord of the Admiralty) will announce the Government's policy at Manchester on Saturday next.
