At the conclusion of her course of curative treatment in France, Mra. Pankhurat will leave for America direct to conduct a campaign pn behalf of woman's suffrage, with special reference to the white slave traffic. CANADIAN MOVEMENT. OTTAWA, sth September. The City Council at Calgary has adopted an amended charter giving votes to women, thus establishing universal suffrage subject to the qualification that every voter is able to read.
