A MORLAND. AMONG DRURY-LANE PROPERTIES. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copy rights (Received August 30, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 29th August. A valuable painting by George Mor* land (born 1763, died 1804) depicting a) sailor farewelling his sweetheart on the seashore, has been discovered among Drury-lane stage properties. PORTRAIT OF AN OLD MAN. BY REMBRANDT. Times—Sydney Sun Specia' Cables. PARIS. 29th August. It is reported that a portrait of an old man by Rembrandt has been discovered in a store-room of the Calain Museum. Replicas of the picture revealed, under the paint, four signatures of Rembrandt, dated 1648.
