MR. SULZER STILL OBDURATE. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) NE.W YORK, 21st August. Official recognition bas been aoorded to the Lieutenant-Governor, Mr. Glynn, as Governor of New York State. Governor Sulzer, the Governor, who is charged with using party funds in private speculation, and has, in consequence, been superseded, still clings to the executive offices, so temporary of' fices are being provided for the new Governor.
