AN ACQUITTAL
(nr U3LXORAPH—PRBSS ASSOCIATION^ AUCKLAND, 21et August. At the Supremo Court, John Hayes and Georgs Cowen, were charged with attempted robbery from the person of Richard Hoppa, and were acquitted Accused stated that they were assisting a drunken person and arranging his clothes when they were apprehended for going through his poekete.
