Messrs. Dalgety and Co. will hold a Rale of dairy cattle at Happy Valley, Wellington, at noon on 9th July The same firm also advertise particulars of a subdivision sale of dairying land on the Pahiko Estate. The sale will be held at the Town Hall, Otaki, on 23rd July. Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a clearing sale of furniture to-morrow, at 11 a.m., including 300 volumes of books on art, and paintings, at the premises of the Arts Club (in liquidation). On Friday, at 1.30 p.m., at their rooms, 26, Brandon-street, the firm hold their weekly sale of furniture, pianos, etc. Messrs. George Thomas and Co. will hold a sale of Hardy's nursery stock at the Fruit Exchange, Allen-street, on Friday, at 1 p.m. Messrs. E. Johnston and @0. advertise a feale of furniture, to be held in their room on Friday next, at 1.30. The sale of furniture advertised at Welling-ton-terrace on Friday next will not take place ait the residence, but the whole of the furniture will be removed to and sold in their rooms on Friday. The sale of timber advertised to take place afc Thorndon-quay to-morrow, at 11 o'clock, has been postponed until Tuesday next. Messrs. Smith and Halcombe;. Auckland, advertise for sale a fieehold warehouse site in the City of Auckland.
