LOANS FROM POST OFFICE
In reply to a question asked by Mr. Wilford whether any sums had been lent by the Post Office Department to any other Government Departments since the loan of £800,000 discussed last year, the Postmaster-General (Hon. R. H. Rhodes) stated in the House of Representatives this afternoon that loans had been so made. The Postmaeter-General added that if, a return was nioved for full information would be furnished.
