An International Boxing Union hst ' been established to prepare definite final* rules for championships of the world, ana decide disputes. The union consists of representatives l of the New York State Athletic Commission and the Belgian and French ' Boxing Federations, but the National Sporting Club has been omitted, on the ground that it is not sufficiently import* ant to take part in an international organisation.
