SAILINGS FROM LIVERPOOL. The local office of the Federal and Shire Line has been advised that the undermentioned steamers have been fixed to leave Liverpool for New Zealand ports as follow :— Westmeath, 81st June; Tyrone, sth July; Morayshire, 26th July; and Norfolk, 23rd August. ARAWA LEAVES LONDON. The local agents for the Shaw, Sa-vill, and Albion Company have received cabled intimation stating that the Arawa left London for Wellington, via Teneriffe, Capetown, and Bobart, on Saturday afternoon last. She is due to arrive at this port about the 10th July. THE WAHINE. The Union Company's new turbine steamer Wahino (under the command of Captain S. Vint), which left the Clyde last Saturday week, 17th May, for Dunedin, via the Suez Canal, is due at Dunedin about the end of June, and after being commissioned, and cleaned and painted, she will come on to Lyttetton to take up her running in the ferry service. It is quite probable that she will relieve the Maori, which will be sent to Port Chalmers for a tho* rough overhaul, and which will subsequently relieve the Mararoa, Due at Colombo on the 18th June the Union Company's Aparima will afterwards proceed to Calcutta to load for New Zealand. a Owing to the recent heavy floods and bad weather at Newcastle the following Union Oompatty's colliers are held up at that port:— Koromiko, to load for Wellington; Kurow, for Tokamaru Bay and Napier; Waipori, for Lyttelton: Wairunal for Wellington; and Waitemata, for Timaru and Lyttelton.
