BIBLE IN SCHOOLS

Mr. slohn Caughley, M.A., ex-Preei-dent of the Educational Institute of New Zealand, arrived from Christchurch this morning. Mr. Caughley has been engaged for fiorue time in dealing with the question of Bible-in-schools, more especially from the point of view of the educational profession. To-morrow evening he is to deliver an address in the Concert Chamber, Town Hall, on the subject of Bible-in-schools generally, and tho teachers' point of view more especially. The meeting will be open to all fr^e of charge. Mr. A. R. Atkinson, president of the New Zealand National Schools' -Dofence League, will preside.
