Rhodes wat Christoburch. The Hon. H. D. Bell is due back from Auckland this afternoon. Other Cabinet Ministers are in Welling' ton. Mr. G. Parkes, of Sydney, general agent in Australia of the United States and Australasian Steamship line, is on a visit to Wellington. ■
