FIND OF GUNPOWDER. By Telegrapb."~Pr£«B Association.— Copyright. ROME, 27th February. An enormous quantity of gunpowder and other stores has been found in a cave near Cape Testa. They are believed to have been deposited by Lord Nelson while he was watching the French fleet at Toulon.
