THREE PERSONS FINED. (BY TELEGRAPH — rRESS ASSOCIATION. ) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. In the Stipendiary Magistrate's Court this morning, three residents of the Mokau district were each fined £5, with coats £8 6s Bd, for keeping liquor for salo in a prohibited area, and having liquor delivered without the contents being legibly marked on the cases. Another defendant was fined £2 with costs 15s, for obtaining liquor to be delivered in a prohibited area without notifying the vendor of 1 that fact.
