Harcourt and Co. will sell by public -ftuotion^«at their rooms,;' <1&>, Xambton-QUay, on Monday next, at 2.30 p.m., under instructions from the Registrar of the Supremo Court, Wellington, on application of the mortgagee, a fiveroomed property at Ngaio. The land has an area of 36.2 porches, and is situated on the corner of Beauchamp and Motueka streets Also, on the same date, at their rooms, after the foregoing sale, j/ho firm will sell, by order of tho mortgagees, a vacant building site, situated in Carrington-street (off Wal-lace-street), having a frontage of 33.98 links by a depth of 140 links. On the following Thursday, at 2 p.m., tho firm j will sell at 109, Hamilton-road, Hataitai (close to Boyd s store), the contents of this residence, including piano, gramaphonft and records, etc. The furniture will be on view from 9.30 a.m. on the morning of the able.
