I The proposal that the Peace Conferj ence be held in London appears to have emanated from the Porte, which wished to enjoy the advantage of Sir Edward Grey's advice. (Received December 6, 8 a.m.) ATHENS, sth December. A semi-official communication declares | that there is reason to believe that the pourparlers of the Allies regarding the peace terms will result in common action being taken. It denies the reported conflict in the Seres district, and state* that friendly relations are being- maintained among the Allies.
