ANNUAL REPORT. The annual report of the Gear Meat Preserving and Freezing Company of New Zealand, Ltd., for. the year ended , 30th November last, shows that, including the amount brought forward, and s after making allowance for depreciation and paymeht of -interim- dividends there remains a balance of £16,459 ISs lOd, which the directors recommend for appropriation as follows :— ln payment of a dividend of 10 per cent, for the year ended 30th ult., leßs interim dividend at 5 per cent, paid in June, £4600; to be carried forward to next year's account, £11,859 13s 10d ; a total of £16.459 13s lOd. Owing to the satisfactory regult of operations in connection with the company's insurance reserve, the directors recommend the payment of a bonus of 5 per cent, on the paid-up capital out of that account.
