OUTRAGES AFTER BULGARIAN REVERSE. (Received/ October 30, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, 29th October. A German Red Cross assistant at Kirk Kilisseh telegraphs that after the first Bulgarian reverse in the vineyards, Baehi Bazouks mutilated the Bulgarian wounded, in most instances gouging out the eyes, cutting off the ears and noses, and ripping open the stomachs.
