Georges Carpentier, middle-weight champion of France, and Frank Klays, the champion of the world, have been matched for a return fight at Monte Carlo in April, for a purse of 5000 guineas. [At Dieppe, on Z4*h June last, Klaus defeated the French champion. ' The end came in the eighteenth round, when Carpentier's manager, thinking Klauß had struck a foul blow, refused to allow his man to proceed, though Carpentier desired to go on.] M'VEA AND LANGFORD.
